We are currently looking for 100 x workers for Banana farming in Innisfail and Tully (Queensland location). The Position requirements include Banana Packing Shed Work (Packing, sorting, clusting, hanging, dehanding) or in the Banana/Pawpaw farm field work (Stringing, Picking and other farm work) up to 9 months. Please note listed below are important details of these positions.

  1. WORK HOURS AND PAY RATES People usually work average 30 hours a week. Hourly pay rate $29.33 and is in accord with the “Horticulture Award 2020” of Australia
  2. START DATE AND TIMES OF WORK The work commences in October for 9 months. Start time is 06:30 am and finish approx. at 16.00 (4 pm)
  3. TRANSPORT  Our company provides a transport from and to work. (charges may apply.) You can use your own transport to come to the work. The trip itself takes around 15-20 minutes from the farm to accommodation.
  4. ACCOMMODATION *You can choose your own stay. *Those who need the accommodation, company can provide the stay with reasonable charges  -Conditions apply due to the availability.
  5. SAFETY This type of work is consist of physical works, applicants may consider their physical abilities like bending and lifting bananas and nature of the work. We value the importance of work safety on site, so it is crucial to make aware of the work environment and tasks being involved in the shift.
