What You’ll Bring to the Team

• The Essentials: Full, unrestricted AHPRA registration as an RN.
• The Mindset: A real passion for person-centered care and a willingness to work with residents living with dementia (we’ll train and support you through this!).
• Skills: Good clinical problem-solving skills, clear communication, and a true team-player attitude.
• Flexibility: You’ll need to be available for a mix of shifts across different days.
• Knowledge: A basic understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards.
