Job Description: We are seeking enthusiastic and hardworking individuals to join our team as Avocado Farm Workers. The role involves various tasks related to the cultivation, harvesting, and packaging of avocados. This is a great opportunity for those looking to gain experience in the agricultural sector and work in a dynamic outdoor setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Planting, pruning, and maintaining avocado trees
- Harvesting avocados during the picking season
- Sorting and packing avocados for distribution
- Assisting with irrigation and pest control
- Performing general farm maintenance and cleaning tasks
- Following health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in farming or agriculture is preferred but not required
