Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Grill Cook to join our team in a bustling restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary arts and be adept at preparing and cooking a variety of grilled dishes.

Responsibilities

– Prepare and cook grilled items such as meats, vegetables, and seafood
– Ensure food is cooked to perfection and meets quality standards
– Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen area
– Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
– Assist in food preparation and other kitchen duties as needed

Experience

– Proven experience as a cook, particularly in grilling
– Knowledge of food production and culinary techniques
– Familiarity with kitchen operations and equipment
– Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
– Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is advantageous
