We are Meloosha Homecare, and we’re looking for a special person to join us in caring for a lady living in Glasgow South.

This isn’t just a “job”—it’s a live-in role where you’ll become a vital part of someone’s daily life. We need a compassionate female carer who understands that providing personal care is about preserving someone’s dignity and making them feel comfortable in their own home.

The Heart of the Role

You’ll be staying with our client, helping her get through her day with ease. This means helping with the basics—washing, dressing, and getting around safely—but also the things that make a house a home. You’ll be cooking meals she enjoys, keeping the place tidy, and being a friendly face to talk to. You’ll also help manage her medications and join her for appointments or local outings.

Is this you?

• You have the experience: You’ve worked in care before (bonus points if you’ve done live-in work or supported people with dementia).
• You’re a driver: You’ll need a full UK driving license for this one.
• You have the right qualifications: You’ve got your SVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) and are happy to undergo a PVG check.
• You’re patient and observant: You know how to work independently and can keep clear notes so the family stays informed.

How we take care of you

We know that live-in care can be demanding, so we make sure you’re never alone:

• Daily Pay: £130.00 per day.
• Sponsorship: If you’re eligible and need a UK visa to work here, we’ve got you covered—visa sponsorship is available.
• No Rent: You’ll have free accommodation while you’re on placement.
