Artisanal Pi is growing fast, and we’re looking for a talented, high-level Pastry Chef to join our dark kitchen in Dubai. We aren’t your typical bakery; we specialize in handcrafted, high-quality desserts that are totally customized for a variety of different brands and clients.
Because we operate as a busy dark kitchen, we need someone who loves the “hustle” and can keep a cool head when the orders start piling up.
What we’re looking for
We need more than just a great baker—we need a leader. You’ll be the right-hand person to our Head Chef and will need to step up and run the show whenever they aren’t around.
- The Experience: You’ve spent at least 5 years in professional pastry kitchens. You know your way around global desserts and have a real eye for presentation.
- The Mindset: You’re highly organized. Managing multiple different orders and concepts at once is second nature to you.
- Leadership: You’re a team player who knows how to motivate the staff and keep the workflow smooth and hygienic.
