Bache Bros is currently seeking candidates with production line sorting/packing experience in the fruit and vegetable industry.  This role is casual and requires 7 am Monday to Friday. Finish times will depend on the work required but typically between 1-3 pm.

We require an immediate start.  These are ongoing roles within a friendly team environment.

What we are looking for

To be successful in these roles you will need to demonstrate recent experience, within a small to medium size business.  The Tasks to be performed will include, but not be limited to:

  • Packing fruit

Horticultural Workers Jobs in Victoria:

Work will commence in November and finish in August.

We are looking for motivated and energetic individuals to join our team.

Type of employment: Wages will be paid at the casual hourly rate of $27.04 (Horticulture Award 2020) for a duration of 9 months (minimum 30 hours/week). Work days: Monday – Saturday. Days and times of work will vary depending on harvest requirements. Hours of work: Starting time between 6.00 am and 7.00 am. Varying early starts may apply (between 5.00 am to 6.00 am) depending on crop management requirements. A standard working day will consist of approximately 8 hours, including breaks.

Job Role:

  • Able to work flexible hours as rosters will vary.
  • Honest and reliable • Have work rights within Australia for the full fixed term
  • Fit and strong enough to undertake repetitive physical work in most weather conditions
