Job Description:

What your day will look like:

• Answer security questionnaires related or not to bids
• Provide comprehensive support to the sales organization in response to security related inquiries
• Coordinate responses to any follow up inquiries and liaise with internal groups to leverage their knowledge or engage their involvement in the response process with the aim of delivering end-to-end support on projects
• Participate in calls with customers
• Identify and harvest Security content
• Establish and nurture relationships with internal SMEs
• Keep up to date with new ITS and Cybersecurity policies and industry trends
• Work with content Managers to maintain accurate content in the database
• Review existing content on a regular basis with subject matter experts

About you:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent blend of experience and education
• Project management skills
• Customer first mindset
• Technical understanding of networking and cybersecurity practices
• Must be fluent in French and English both written and verbally
• Excellent communicator who demonstrates diplomacy
• Detail oriented, team player

Great if you have:

• Previous experience in maintaining a technical knowledge base
• Previous proposal management or security assessment response experience
• Cybersecurity certifications
• Project management skills
• Other languages an asset
