Job Position: Cotton Ginning Seasonal Positions in Australia (2nd Year Visa Eligible).

Carrington Ginning is a family owned and operated company that provides employees with a safe and supportive working environment. We are currently seeking applications from reliable, hard-working and team oriented individuals to work at our Goondiwindi Ginning & Warehousing Facility for the 2025 ginning season.
The season is likely to commence in late April, early May and is anticipated to run through to October depending on weather and operational requirements.
Successful applicants must be reliable, hardworking and flexible with their availability. The operation will run 24 hours (Day/Night). Shifts will be 7am-7pm or 7pm-7am, on a roster basis.
Pay rates are in accordance with the Award, where penalty rates and shift work premiums apply.
Positions include:
• Weighbridge Coordinator
• Moonbuggy/Loader Operators
• Book/Bags Operator
• Plant Cleaners
• Module Feeder Operator
• Forklift Operators
• Warehouse Marker /Cleaners
• Yardman and Yard crew
Heavy machine/forklift licences and/or previous experience in operating machinery/mobile equipment will be highly regarded and is essential for some roles.
A full site induction and training is provided prior to the season commencing.
You must have the right to work in Australia, without restriction and be confident of passing the company’s pre-employment medical, drug and alcohol screen.
