Flower Pickers Jobs in Australia with Visa Sponsorship 2023

We are looking for motivated and hardworking Flower Pickers to join our team in Australia. This is a great opportunity to gain valuable work experience while exploring the beautiful country of Australia.

We need 15 individuals to select and harvest various varieties of flowers, as well as work in green rooms shifting plant pots around. Moving plant carts by lifting and bending, planting, and picking. General agricultural work, cleaning, and upkeep. The season begins in mid to late January 2023 and ends in late May 2023. Boyland, Queensland 4275.

Flower Pickers Responsibilities:

• Pick flowers from fields and orchards according to customer orders
• Ensure the quality of picked flowers
• Sort, grade, and package flowers according to customer orders
• Load and unload flowers into trucks or containers
• Clean and maintain equipment used in flower picking
• Keep track of flower inventory levels

Requirements:

• Ability to work in a fast paced environment with attention to detail
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy boxes (up to 25kg)
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Willingness to learn new skills and techniques quickly
• Previous experience in flower picking is preferred but not required
