What you’ll be doing

Life on the farm is never boring and always active. You’ll be part of the “Left Field Crew,” helping out with:

  • The Harvest: Planting and picking a variety of fresh vegetables and fruits.
  • The Factory: Sorting and grading produce in intake settings to make sure only the best hits the shelves.
  • The Paddock: General outdoor maintenance and seasonal tasks to keep the farm running smoothly.
  • The Physical Stuff: This is hands-on, physically demanding work. You’ll be on your feet and moving, but the day goes by fast when you’re with a good team!
