Floraco Pty Ltd is the largest and most productive fresh flower grower in Western Australia.
We are seeking energetic and motivated individuals to join our fast paced friendly production team at our wholesale nursery in FORRESTDALE, South of Perth.
The position is well suited to someone who is looking for a casual position (full-time hours), who has a positive attitude towards work, self-motivated, fit and punctual, reliable, who does not mind the heat working inside a glasshouse, someone whom also enjoys hands on work involves getting a bit dirty.

Nursery Hand Floraco Requirements:
- Ongoing casual position,
- Required 6 Days per week – Monday through to Friday, plus Saturday/Sunday (rotating shift) predominantly Saturday mornings, maybe Sundays (around peak periods such as Mother’s Day/Valentine’s, etc).
- Early starts (7 AM-Winter) (6 AM-Summer)
- $27.40/per hour (adult pay rate) + penalty rates
- Approximately 38 hours per week
- MUST have driver’s license and reliable vehicle; no public transport nearby. Parking is available.
- Full training provided!
- Previous horticulture experience is not necessary, training is provided.
Duties include:
- Flower crop maintenance
- Picking & Bunching (grading of flowers)
- General laboring duties
- Spraying on a rostered system
