To fulfill Pattison Agricultures’ vision of GROWING, CONNECTING AND EVOLVING we are looking for a Parts Manager to join our fast-paced, energetic, dealership in Yorkton, SK. The successful candidate will lead a team who ensures customer satisfaction and will be responsible for the day to day management of the Pattison Ag parts team.
Responsibilities
This individual’s responsibilities include:
- Customer focused product support
- Parts sales efficiency
- Departmental profitability and overall department performance
- Market, plan and initiate all parts department functions
- Assist with the attraction, retention and effective engagement of department personnel
Requirements
This would be an ideal position if you have:
- A minimum of 3-5 years experience in Parts Department operations, experience leading and developing others, and exemplary customer service skills
- Or hold a current Parts Manager role, or are a senior Parts Technician looking to guide significant growth and development of a department
- Knowledge and familiarity with John Deere and competitive products
