Canadian Helicopters currently has a career opportunity for a Technical Services Clerk based in Les Cèdres, near Vaudreuil-Dorion.

Job Description

The Technical Services Clerk will report directly to the Technical Services Supervisor and will be responsible for the timely review of all incoming aircraft maintenance documentation and the related updating of computerized and hard copy records.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Shall promptly process all incoming maintenance log pages, company work orders and rotable parts received from outside vendors and shall update company computerized and hard copy aircraft and component records as required.
  • Shall identify calculation errors in aircraft log entries and communicate the discrepancy so that the error can be corrected.
  • Shall update engine and component technical logs with Service Life Limit (Retirement Life) and overhaul/inspection life changes, installations and removals, repairs and modifications and pertinent maintenance activities.
  • Shall produce and send out current aircraft reports related to inspections and components from the computerized system on a regular basis as required.


  • College Diploma in administration or equivalent experience. Two years of experience in an equivalent position is an asset;
  • Must hold the authorization to work in Canada, this position is not available for sponsorship;
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills;
  • Ability to manage and adapt to changing priorities;
  • Good computer skills, MS Office (Word, Excel);
  • Knowledge of AS400 program is an asset;
  • Excellent organization and planning skills;
  • Excellent attention to detail;
  • Aptitude for numbers, accuracy, and analysis.
  • Autonomy and initiative;
  • Ability to work within a group environment;
  • Good communication skills in English and French, spoken and written;
