This position is for a 17 month term.

What you will do:

  • Provide support to the Training Department
  • Maintain and work within the Learning Management and Learning Content Systems
  • Assist in the development and creation of new training materials, programs, modules
  • Maintain and update records/files and provide administrative support
  • Coordinate, schedule and deliver training
  • Prepare new hire orientation packages
  • Aid in the training and development of employees through the use of the Learning Management and Learning Content Systems

What you will bring:

  • A degree/diploma in Business, Education, HR or other related field preferred
  • Minimum 2 – 5 years of experience in a training role required
  • Certificate in Adult Education preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Superior interpersonal and communication skills
  • Team player attitude
