This position is for a 17 month term.
What you will do:
- Provide support to the Training Department
- Maintain and work within the Learning Management and Learning Content Systems
- Assist in the development and creation of new training materials, programs, modules
- Maintain and update records/files and provide administrative support
- Coordinate, schedule and deliver training
- Prepare new hire orientation packages
- Aid in the training and development of employees through the use of the Learning Management and Learning Content Systems
What you will bring:
- A degree/diploma in Business, Education, HR or other related field preferred
- Minimum 2 – 5 years of experience in a training role required
- Certificate in Adult Education preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Superior interpersonal and communication skills
- Team player attitude
