What the role actually feels like

You won’t just be checking boxes. You’ll be a clinical leader. Your day-to-day involves:

• Being the Clinical Lead: You’ll mentor and supervise our care staff, sharing your knowledge and keeping the team sharp.
• Personalized Care: You’ll get to know our residents and their families, building and evaluating care plans that actually make their lives better.
• Collaborating: You’ll work closely with doctors and allied health teams to respond quickly to any changes in a resident’s health.
• Expertise in Action: You’ll guide the team in things like wound care and diabetes management, ensuring we meet the highest aged care standards.

Is this you?

• Registration: You have your current AHPRA registration as an RN. (This is a must!)
• Experience: You’ve spent at least 2 years working as an RN, ideally in aged care.
• Skills: You’re confident in clinical assessments, medication systems, and solving problems on the fly.
• The Spirit: You’re excited about the idea of living in a regional or remote town. You’re a team player who communicates clearly and with heart.
