Essential Qualifications and Skills
- Familiarity with relevant software and technology tools used for children’s documentation and parent communication.s and experiences.
- Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or an equivalent qualification as recognized by the Australian Children’s Education & Care Quality Authority (ACECQA)
- Current and valid Blue card.
- First Aid Certificate including training in asthma and anaphylaxis
- Deep understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standard (NQS) to deliver high-quality education programs.
- Ability to plan, implement and evaluate educational programs tailored to individual children’s needs and interests.
- Skill in observing children’s progress, documenting their learning and using this information to guide future planning.
- Ability to work effectively with other educators, support staff and families to create an inclusive, responsive, and respectful learning environment.
- Engagement in ongoing training and development opportunities to stay abreast of the latest educational trends and practices.
