We are seeking an experienced Chef to join our friendly team in ROOTY HILL SYDNEY. Full time position available.

Job responsibilities:

Ensuring high quality food and consistency in food preparation.
Controlling and directing the food preparation process.
Responsible for health and safety and ensuring food hygiene practices and standards are followed.
Ensuring kitchen equipment is cleaned and maintained.
Collaborating and working closely with other Chefs and team members, including assisting with menu planning where required.
Determining food inventory needs, stocking and ordering.
Ultimately responsible for ensuring the kitchen meets all relevant regulations including sanitary and food safety guidelines.

The right candidate will:

Have at least 2 years of experience specialising in Filipino cuisine.
Have relevant qualifications.
Be hardworking, reliable and self-motivated.
Have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team.
Be able to communicate in English.
