Managing schedules and setting appointments for our managers
Booking travel and making sure meetings are arranged properly
Handling emails, calls, and official documents with care
Keeping things coordinated between departments
Preparing reports and helping with basic presentations
Dealing with confidential info responsibly
Pitching in wherever help is needed — we’re a team and support each other

What we’re looking for

A degree in Business Admin, Hospitality, or something similar
At least 3 years of experience in an executive assistant or secretary role
Someone who’s organized, detail-oriented, and communicates clearly
Good with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
