We’re 8 at Trinity – a brand-new, upscale restaurant located right on the shores of beautiful Lake Macquarie, inside the luxury Trinity Point development. It’s a vibrant, high-end space with 300+ seats and incredible lake views — and we’re looking for talented cooks to come on board as we grow.

Just 30-40 minutes from Newcastle and 80 minutes from Sydney – perfect for a lifestyle change without being too far from the city.

What’s the Role All About?

You’ll be hands-on in the kitchen, preparing and cooking a range of delicious dishes, working with a passionate team, and helping deliver memorable dining experiences every day.

Your daily tasks might include:

• Supporting junior staff and sharing your skills
• Prepping and cooking meals to a high standard
• Portioning, plating, garnishing, and making every dish pop
• Managing temperatures and cooking times
• Storing food safely and hygienically
• Catering to dietary needs when required

What You’ll Need

• A commercial cookery cert (or solid hands-on experience)
• Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• High attention to detail and a love for great food
• Available for rotating rosters – day/night/weekend shifts (we’re closed on Mondays & Tuesdays)
