Love working in a fast-paced kitchen where the food is fresh, the team is tight, and there’s room to grow? We’re looking for a Senior Chef de Partie to join us at The Westernport Hotel in San Remo. If you’re serious about your craft but don’t take yourself too seriously, you’ll fit right in.

We’re also open to international candidates—visa sponsorship is available for the right person!

What You’ll Be Doing

• Running your own section with confidence and consistency.
• Helping our Head and Sous Chef keep things ticking.
• Guiding junior chefs and sharing your skills.
• Keeping your space clean, safe, and organised.
• Adding your creativity to menu ideas and kitchen improvements.

What We’re After

• 3+ years in a similar chef role (CDP or above).
• Solid skills across the kitchen – from grill to garnish.
• Great attitude, solid work ethic, and leadership potential.
• Someone who thrives in a team and loves the buzz of service.
• Flexible availability (including nights and weekends).
• Clear English communication.
