What the job looks like

You’ll be cooking up a variety of Indian curries and helping shape the Indian side of our menu.
We’ll rely on you to keep things consistent — flavour, presentation, and quality should always be on point.
We’d also love your input on new ideas and dishes to keep things fresh and exciting.
You’ll need to keep your space clean and organised, and follow food safety rules closely.
There might be some mentoring of junior staff, especially during busier times.

What we’re looking for

Someone who’s worked in a similar role before — a busy takeaway or restaurant kitchen
A good knowledge of Indian spices and how to use them properly
Someone reliable, tidy, and easy to work with — kitchen experience really matters here
You’ll need to be okay with working evenings and weekends — those are our busiest times
You don’t need to be flashy, just good at what you do and serious about your craft
