Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service while maintaining high standards of quality and guest satisfaction.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of front-of-house staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Manage seating arrangements, and special events to optimize the dining experience.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring proper stock management and cost control.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure seamless communication and execution of service.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and a focus on resolution.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role within a high-end dining establishment.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a diverse team.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- In-depth knowledge of fine dining service standards and wine pairings.
- Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting and cost control.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
