What You’ll Be Doing

Guiding vine shoots into optimal growth positions
Maintaining and managing vine growth, canopy, and grapes
Planting, cultivating, and irrigating crops
Manually removing suckers and water sprouts
Tying and securing plants
Weeding and general vineyard maintenance
Harvesting grapes

Requirements

English speaking ability
Experience in vineyard or farm work is an asset but not required
No formal education required
Must work on-site at the vineyard in Cawston
Physically fit and able to work in hot, cold, dusty, or damp conditions
Able to perform repetitive tasks, lift heavy loads, and stand, bend, or crouch for extended periods
Team player with flexibility and attention to detail
