Key Responsibilities:

Manage accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely follow-ups for customer payments via email, Whatsapp, and Calls.
Prepare monthly closing reports, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports on time.
Maintain accurate filing for financial documents, adhering to FTA tax standards.
Prepare and submit VAT and corporate tax returns in compliance with UAE regulations.
Utilize ERP systems and Excel to streamline financial processes and reporting.
Collaborate with other teams to support financial decision-making.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in the food trading/distribution industry.
Strong knowledge of Excel and ERP systems.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field from a recognized university (valid attested degree required).
Experience certificate confirming previous roles and responsibilities.
Excellent communication skills in English, URDU (additional languages are a plus).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
