We’re looking for a skilled, detail-oriented Automotive Window Tinter to join the Alba Cars team here in Dubai. If you take pride in flawless craftsmanship, know how to handle high-end vehicles with care, and love seeing a perfect, bubble-free finish, you’ll fit right in.
This is a full-time, hands-on role in a fast-paced workshop where quality matters.
What You’ll Be Doing
- The Core Job: Measuring, cutting, and applying window film with absolute precision. No bubbles, no creases, just clean work.
- Prep & Quality: Prepping and cleaning the glass perfectly before you start to ensure the best possible adhesion.
- Customer Interaction: Chatting with customers occasionally to understand what shade they want and helping them choose the right option.
- Workspace Upkeep: Keeping your tools in top shape and letting the team know when inventory is running low so we can restock.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on automotive window tinting experience. You should already know the techniques, tools, and different types of film.
- A Sharp Eye: Excellent hand-eye coordination and a genuine obsession with the little details.
- Work Ethic: Someone who can manage their time well, work independently, and stay focused in a busy workshop environment.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with local UAE tinting regulations and laws.
