New Dream Inc is a fast-growing computer solution and ecommerce company located in Wilsonville & Lake Oswego, OR and Lansdale, PA. There is currently an opening for an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Lake Oswego, OR. We have a great team environment and we’re looking for one candidate who enjoys working as a team member and willing to contribute as well as learn. This position involves different aspects of the business from handling basic administrative tasks, data management, product advertisement, and product listings. We may sponsor H1B work visa if you have good qualifications.

Duties

  • Manage Product Management Team Email in-box, approximately 500-700 emails per day, ensure each one is answered and recorded in database.
  • Reconcile database and excel file to ensure accuracy.
  • Prepare performance reports in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Record and distribute meeting minutes.
  • Effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects.
  • Plan and organize time ensuring all tasks are completed by deadlines.
  • Assist with training New Hires.
  • Some data entry tasks.
  • Calculate costs of product bundles to assist PM team members.
  • Write and monitor performance of pay-per-click advertising campaigns.

Minimum Qualifications

· Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience (required)

  • Proficiency in Office Suite; Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (required)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail

· Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency

· Ability to solve problems and think critically independent of instructions

· Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Trustworthy, ethical, and skilled with maintaining professional boundaries

· Experience reading and understanding financial reports and other business data metrics (preferred)

· Must provide contact information (email and Phone number) for two professional references
