Seeking a trade qualified Appliance Repair Technician offering 482/TSS Visa Sponsorship THE CLIENT
An exciting opportunity has opened up for an Appliance Repair Technician to join an Established Catering Services Company in Winnellie Darwin.
The client is looking for someone who is well versed with servicing and maintaining equipment for McDonald’s outlets across Darwin.
THE ROLE
The primary purpose of this position is to complete on and off-site installations, maintenance and repair for a range of commercial appliances for the McDonalds outlets maintained by the Client in an efficient and professional manner.
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience & qualifications in an Electrical or Refrigeration trade
- Restricted B class electrical license or A grade license.
- The ability to work with appliances in the commercial catering space used at McDonalds such as Coffee Equipment, Drinks Equipment, Shake/ Sundae Equipment and Cooking equipment
- Experience in installation, repair and maintenance of equipment used at McDonalds will be an advantage
- A technical/mechanical mindset and strong trouble shooting skills
- A Current Drivers License, White Card & Police Check
- Strong computer skills
- Must work comfortable with their team and have a strong work ethic
Previous experience working as an Appliance Repair Technician and servicing McDonalds would be held in high regard.
This position would suit someone who has great communication & customer service skill and is well presented. You will need to be flexible and willing to accommodate customers booking requirements within reason.
The remuneration package will be negotiated based on relevant experience and can be up to $45.00 per hour + Super + Incentives. Company vehicle & phone will also be provided. There is a possibility of earning overtime as well. Electrical technicians with limited experience will be provided with training to bring them up to speed.
