Who we’re seeking?
An enthusiastic Assistant Housekeeping Manager with the ability to lead a team to join our Hotel Housekeeping team. This role will require you to effectively manage staff to meet operation targets within budget. You will also see you overseeing the setting of projects as directed by the Executive Housekeeper, to room attendants and supervisors.
You will have previous experience in a similar Housekeeping role within a 4 or 5 star hotel, strong conflict resolution skills, experience preparing rosters and ability to work independently. Previous remote area experience is advantageous.
