What You’ll Do
As the Business Operations Support Specialist, you will provide the highest levels of internal and external customer support. You will be responsible for managing the entire order-to-cash and inventory management processes which includes accurate order taking and input, delivery tracking, invoicing, inventory, and product movement analysis. Other duties include:
- Manage designated Customer Accounts – Joint Ventures & Retail Customers:
- Translate customer demand requirements into purchase requirements
- Create & process SAP sales order cycle through customer invoice
- Manage Service disruptions, late deliveries, and quality issues with the customer by managing customer expectations, communicated “bad news early” and ensure correct information flow is occurring internally & externally
- Prioritize customer requirements, reviewing alternative inventory options by working with cross functional teams across Dyno Nobel
- Manage customer expectations; Manage past due items daily, providing timely updates to customers
- Run reports and complete follow up for all sites/customers in the region
- Analyze and make recommendations based on data mining of reporting
- Creation and continuous review / version revision for site and customer specific SOPS
- Make recommendations to team lead regarding customer priorities, charges, and improvements
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelors degree / college diploma or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience with an ERP software (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) preferred. SAP experience strongly preferred.
Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Products, including Excel, Word, and Power Point.
Ability to comply with all government tax regulations and laws in accordance with invoicing policies.
