Job Summary We need someone with the skills and ability to butcher full carcasses down into various cuts of meat – Based in the Sunward Park area and possibly Alberton. We will be dealing with chicken, lamb, pork, beef, fish and turkey. We need a high level of skill to produce clean and quality meat portions. Salary is negotiable depending on the quality of your work and how much work you’re able to do in a day. It would be preferable if you had some of your own tools, but if not, we can discuss acquiring some for you. Flexible working days required – we may need you to come in on different days week-to-week, potentially including weekends. To start off with, we’d start at one day a week and then possibly increase as the business grows. You will need to be responsible for your own transport.
