Are you a hard worker who likes to see the results of a long day’s work? At Les cèdres JF, we’re busy building and we need 6 reliable construction labourers to join our team in Mascouche.

We’re a straightforward company: if you show up, work hard, and help the team, you’ll be well taken care of. Whether you’ve been on job sites for years or you’re just starting out, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing on the site

No two days are exactly the same here. You’ll be helping the skilled trades and keeping the site moving. You’ll be:

• Handling Materials: Getting the lumber, concrete, and tools to where they need to go.
• The Foundation: Mixing and pouring concrete or asphalt and setting up forms.
• Framing & Building: Assisting with house framing, putting up walls, and even building roofs.
• Site Management: Setting up scaffolding, ramps, and safety barricades, plus keeping the site clean and free of debris.

Who is the perfect fit?

• The Essentials: You don’t need a diploma. We care about your hands, your heart, and your work ethic.
• Language: As long as you can communicate in either English or French, you’ll fit right in.
• The Grind: You’re okay with physical work. You’ll be lifting, loading, and staying active all day long.
• Experience: If you’ve done this before, we can pay on the higher end of the scale ($35/hr). If you’re newer but eager to learn, we’ll train you!
