If you have a bit of painting experience and want a high-paying, steady job with a great crew, we want to hear from you. We don’t need you to have years of experience—if you’ve been painting for at least a few months and know the basics, you’ll fit right in here.

What your days will look like

You’ll be working on both indoor and outdoor projects. Your day-to-day will mostly involve:

• Getting things ready: Cleaning, sanding, and patching up cracks or holes so the walls are perfectly prepped.
• The painting: Mixing colors, using paint sprayers, and getting clean coats of paint or wallpaper onto walls.
• Working at heights: Setting up ladders, scaffolding, and swing stages safely.
• Helping clients: Chatting with customers to help them pick the right colors or wall coverings.

What we’re looking for

• A little bit of experience: Just 1 to 7 months of basic painting is plenty. We’re happy to help you grow your skills.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Language: Good conversational English so you can talk with the team and our clients.
• The physical side: You’ll be working outdoors, up on scaffolding, bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 20 lbs (9 kg). You also need a good eye for detail and the ability to tell colors apart easily.
• The right attitude: Just show up on time, be reliable, and work well with the team.
