We are looking for a Fruit & Veg Team Member to join our store’s team. As a Fruit & Veg Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating an unforgettable shopping experience for our customers.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Fruit & Veg Team Member to join our store’s team. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of customer service, selection, and presentation of our fresh produce. You will also have the opportunity to use your creativity in designing displays that will delight our customers. With your passion for excellence, you will help us to continue providing our customers with the best possible shopping experience.

When will I need you?

Friday afternoon, Saturday afternoon, and Thursday afternoon (4 pm to 9 pm).

Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
2. Stock shelves with fresh produce and other grocery items
3. Rotate products to ensure freshness
4. Maintain cleanliness of the department at all times
5. Assist customers with product selection, answer questions and provide suggestions
6. Ensure that pricing is accurate and up to date
7. Monitor inventory levels and order new stock when necessary
8. Adhere to health and safety regulations in the workplace

Previous retail experience preferred but not required

Fruit & Veg Team Member Requirements:

• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Knowledge of basic food safety principles is an asset
