Position: Janes Government Advisor (Part Time / WFH).

• Currently writing reports and briefers concerning security issues in the Asia and Indo-Pacific, the Philippines foreign and security policy with the United States, as well as international relations and geopolitical topics focused on the Philippines.

• Assisting the company in managing a database of networks with key contacts in the executive and legislative government, academe, defense sector, and the private sector.

• Occasionally conduct key interviews with personnel in government, academe, and private sector institutions in aid of report-writing.

Qualifications:

(Note: An applicant without in-depth knowledge and experience in the Government, Defense, or Armed Forces will not be considered).

• Extensive expertise and experience in the government, defense, and military sectors, with a focus on national security issues in Asia and the Indo-Pacific, the Philippines foreign and security policy with the United States, as well as international relations and geopolitical topics focused on the Philippines.

• Proven track record of success in an independent working environment, consistently delivering high-quality results, and meeting deadlines.

• Exceptional research and report-writing skills, demonstrated through international relations, national security issues, geopolitical issues, and defense updates.

• Holds a Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field, providing a solid academic foundation for the position.

• Citizenship of the Philippines.

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written, enabling effective communication with overseas colleagues and clients.

• Must possess a stable internet connection and have access to reliable PC equipment to fulfill the requirements of the remote job.

• Highly responsive and available to maintain regular communication with overseas colleagues and clients, ensuring timely and efficient collaboration.

Compensation for this job is an average of about US$1000-US$4000/month, depending on the rate of experience and skill output.

Detailed eligibility and offering levels are as follows: Cash compensation includes a base salary, a monthly wage supplement, a bonus, a task incentive, overtime payment, a meal allowance, and a high-temperature allowance.
