We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Solar Farm Labourers for the Girgarre Solar Farm project near Kyabram, Victoria. This exciting opportunity is slated to commence in October / November 2023.

Position Details

• Employment Duration: Approximately 3-7 months
• Hourly Rate: $33 per hour, plus superannuation, overtime, and allowances
• Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 58 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

As a Solar Farm Labourer, your duties will include:

• Erecting and mounting frames and solar panels
• Lifting, relocating, and restocking materials, along with basic assembly
• General site cleaning and labouring duties, including using hand and power tools
• Engaging in physically demanding tasks and manual handling with meticulous attention to detail

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you must possess:

• Previous outdoor labouring experience, including the use of hand and power tools
• Construction Induction Card (White Card)
• Successful completion of a pre-employment mobility/fitness assessment and drug & alcohol screening during the interview stage
