The NT Department of Industry, Tourism and Trade’s Livestock Industries Development team is recruiting to a Livestock Industries Engagement Officer position in Alice Springs.
In this job, you will build relationships with our clients, providing a vital connection between the pastoral industry and the very latest in research and technology. You will coordinate and deliver extension activities including field days, workshops and written articles, with freedom to use your creative flair. You will deliver up-to-the-minute science in easily digested soundbites for podcasts and webinars.
You will also get involved with on-station research projects where scientists and producers work together to find solutions for the unique challenges faced in this amazing part of the world.
