The company was formed in October 2018 through a combination of Post Holdings’ private brands businesses and is owned by Post Holdings and funds affiliated with Thomas H. Lee Partners, L.P. (“THL”), a private equity firm.

Location: Fenton, MO (May require travel to the Hazelwood plant)
Duration: 10-weeks; 40hrs
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00 – 5:00 pm CST; Monday – Thursday in office and Friday remote
Marketing Internship Overview:
This position is a unique opportunity to experience what it is like to work as a Brand Manager in the branded and private label CPG industry! For 10-weeks, you will work under the Brand Marketing Manager for Ronzoni® and Dreamfields® pastas and the Product Management team for Nut Butters & Healthy Snacks. You will make an impact by supporting the teams with their initiatives as well as continue to build your skill sets to prepare for your future.
What You Will Do
- Work with the Brand Marketing Manager to manage and execute Omni-Channel Marketing Activation plans, across key channels such as Shopper Marketing, social media, Website, Digital Media, analyzing performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) designed to achieve annual business goals and objectives
- Partner with the R&D intern to manage your own intern project to develop a new trail mix product rooted from insights, capabilities, and financials to ensure success for both the organization and end consumer
- Assist the Brand Teams with marketing initiatives such as brand packaging and asset development/maintenance, price lists, selling material, customer presentations. Through this you will gain exposure working with both internal and external cross-functional teams (commercialization, R&D, agency partners, finance, sales)
What We Need From You
- You have a bachelor’s degree and are pursuing a graduate degree in business, marketing, or related area
- An aptitude for problem-solving by leveraging your analytical capabilities
- You have strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- You exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You work well in a team environment
- MS Office Skills
