Motor Mechanic/Light Vehicle Mechanic Job Details:
Based in the Rutherford workshop you will use your automotive expertise to keep the delivery trucks moving across New South Wales.
Full Time, Monday to Friday
- Automotive/Motor Mechanic tradesperson certificate
- Must hold a current driver’s license with the ability to drive manual and automatic
- Minimum 2 years experience in mechanical repair with an understanding of motor vehicles / engines
- Ability to remain calm and focused when under pressure
- Excellent problem solving skills with quality workmanship and an eye for detail
- Able to work unsupervised at times
- Team player attitude driven to maintain a strong work ethic to support others
Ability to utilise mechanical and electrical automotive expertise to assess the appropriate action to keep the trucks moving in the safest way by providing:
- Diagnosis of engine management
- Servicing
- Emergency roadside assistance
