Looking for a night shift role where you can really make a difference? We’re hiring a Registered Nurse to join our night team at Isis House in Oxford. Whether you’re winding down from the fast pace of hospital shifts or just love the peace and quiet of nighttime care, this could be a great fit for you.

You’ll be the lead nurse overnight, making sure everything runs smoothly and residents feel safe and cared for. It’s a hands-on role where your calm nature, clinical skills, and leadership will shine.

About the Home

Isis House is a welcoming 80-bed care home in the Iffley area of Oxford. We offer residential, nursing, dementia, and intermediate care. The home is in a peaceful spot with lovely gardens, and just a short trip into the city or down to the river.

What We’re Looking For

You’re a qualified Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with:

• A valid NMC registration
• Experience working in a care setting
• Confidence to work independently at night
• A kind, supportive attitude and strong leadership skills
• Willingness to handle clinical tasks like meds, catheter care, end-of-life care, syringe drivers, and more (we’ll train you if needed)
