Summary of Paint Technicians
The painter will prepare products for finishing with either a stain or paint. This includes the disassembly of products, preparation of surfaces, masking, staining or painting, proper reassembly, and repackaging. A keen awareness to detail is required.
Requirements:
Must be detail orientated; be able to inspect visually prep, fiberglass, metal, and plastic windows are clean, sanded, and ready for paint
Physical demands of the position include: frequent bending, reaching, twisting, squatting, walking, pulling, pushing, grasping, and standing throughout the shift
Strong work history
Positive personality and demeanor required
Good attendance record
Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
