Pension expertise needed.

Partner with finance, human resources and communications colleagues, as well as external vendors, to support and administer the FCC employee pension program.

What you’ll do:

• Review and analyze investment statements and reports
• Ensure compliance with pension governance and investment policies
• Execute day-to-day operations of pension-related projects and strategies
• Oversee activities of third-party providers
• Develop and implement pension education and communication strategies
• Monitor and research industry trends
• Collaborate with service providers and monitors agreements with external vendors

• Effective communicator with sound judgment able to explain tactics and strategies

What you’ll need:

• A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, actuarial science or economics and at least three years of related experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience); enrolment in or completion of related professional designation is an asset
• In-depth understanding of project and vendor management
• Knowledge of pension legislation and administration
