PRODUCTION MANAGER – POULTRY LAYING SITE Job Details:

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Agricultural Diploma/Degree advantageous
• Previous experience with Laying chickens advantageous
• 2-3 years in the poultry industry
• Must be bilingual
• Computer literate
• Maintenance orientated
• Valid drivers license

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Looking after the wellbeing of the Layers
• Record keeping of mortalities, production, feed, and water intake etc.
• Basic maintenance
• Managing a team of site employees
• Enforce strict Bio Security protocols
• Live bird harvesting
• Placement of P.O.L.P
• Maintain good farming practices
• Maintain good management practices
• Achieve K.P.Is and manage K.P.As
