What You Need to Jump On Board

• Education is Key: You must have a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing. (Unfortunately, we can’t accept Diplomas for these roles).
• Experience: You need at least 2 years of experience working in a hospital setting after you got your license.
• Leadership Track: Applying for a Nurse Manager or Nurse Educator role? You’ll need the required Master’s or specialist qualification.
