Service Analyst Job Details:
Responsibilities: Handles problem isolation and issue resolution for HR, Financial, Legal, NTP Applications Carries out agreed maintenance tasks Works closely with other teams such as developers and technical engineers for the resolution of identified issues Monitors application performance, obtains performance statistics and alert teams to make recommendations for improvement Develop utility programs/scripts to automate repeated manual tasks Develops SQL scripts to extract production data based on user’s requirements Handles deployment of new programs and application patches for Assigned Application. Technical Skills: – Database: MS SQL/ Oracle/ Postgre – OS: Windows/Linux – Web Application Knowledge – Remedy Force or other workflow Tools – Good to have: – Technical Writing – RPA or any Automation Tools – Bash/Powershell Scripting – Communication Skills (Written/Spoken) – Sharepoint Administration/Maintenance – Basic Knowledge in: Finance/Accounting Procurement HR Process K2 Workflow
