About the role
We have an opportunity to bring your aged care and/or service delivery leadership experience to our facility in Joondalup fostering a culture of collaboration and care. Reporting to the Operations Manager Residential Aged Care, this position works collaboratively with the clinical team, operations and business support services to ensure the effective daily operation of our site in providing quality care to our residents.
About you
You will be the best kind of leader, one who understands the vision our team is striving for, while delivering on the day to day needs on site. You’ll enjoy juggling multiple priorities and thrive being solutions focused. Along with strong budget management experience you’ll understand the need for compliance and quality in care. Your key experience will include:
- Experience in leading and managing large teams
- Financial management experience in delivering results within budget
- Excellent report writing and business case preparation experience
- Extensive and well-developed communication skills
- National Police Clearance (obtained within the last six months)
- A strong knowledge and understanding of the aged care sector desirable
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline along with AHPRA registration desirable
- COVID and Influenza vaccinations are preferred but not required
