RÉSUMÉ DES FONCTIONS

Le superviseur contrôle qualité opérations et logistique sera responsable de concevoir, rédiger, mettre en place et exécuter les différents processus qui vont permettre aux entrepôts de maintenir et élever les normes d’assurance qualité. Il sera également responsable de l’équipe de sanitation (interne et externe). De plus, il collaborera avec le chef d’entrepôt dans divers projets d’optimisation et d’analyse et sera responsable du LMS via le système Manhattan.

RESPONSABILITÉS

• Coordonner les vérifications (audits) de l’équipe d’assurance-qualité et BRC, responsable du suivi dans la complétion des actions correctives et préventives prescrites pour nos centres de distributions ;
• Responsable de l’ensemble des mesures correctives en lien avec le contrôle qualité : Analyse de la problématique, recherche de solutions, élaboration du plan d’action et mise en place. Il assure la communication et le maintien en collaboration avec les employés.
• Superviser l’équipe de sanitation (interne et externe) pour nos centres de distributions ;
• Développer et effectuer des séances de formation qualité-opérations pour les employés d’entrepôt et s’assurer du respect des procédures ;
• Développer des tableaux de bord et des rapports, faire des recommandations pour optimiser les processus en place (BI, Excel) et assurer la réalisation des projets de petites et moyennes envergures ;
• Produire et analyser divers types de rapports liés à la gestion de main d’œuvre, de la productivité et provision des rapports de Manhattan LM / Excel ;
• Effectuer le maintien du programme Manhattan Labor Management : faire les corrections et suivis avec le système et les utilisateurs et être le point de contact pour l’équipe de Manhattan ;
• Effectuer toutes autres tâches connexes au besoin.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Diplôme universitaire en logistique, chaîne d’approvisionnement, gestion des opérations, ou formation équivalente ;
• Posséder 4 à 5 ans d’expérience pertinente ;
• Connaissance du système BI, essentiel ;
• Très bonne maîtrise de la suite office ;
• Expérience en contrôle qualité en entrepôt (HACCP), un atout ;
• Connaissance de BRC, un atout ;
• Connaissance du système Maestro, Manhattan et SAP, un atout;
• Fortes compétences analytiques, organisationnelles et avoir le souci du détail ;
• Autonomie, esprit d’initiative, leadership et excellentes habiletés en communication ;
• Bilinguisme (parlé et écrit) est essentiel.
