Warehouse Technician Job Details:
Groupe Robert is presently looking for a warehouse technician for its terminal.
Your responsibilities will be as follows: • Perform order preparation processing in the computer system;
- Take phone calls (customer service);
- Write quality control reports;
- Ensure compliance with Robert’s procedures at system and operation levels;
- Develop and sustain quality professional relationships with clients in order to favor and stimulate their commitment and loyalty;
- Support the company’s efforts in terms of training, prevention, safety and compliance as well as improvement of systems and processes;
- Manage receiving;
- Manage appointments;
- Answer carriers;
- Monitor the client process;
- Coordinate the shipping;
- Perform any other task.
