Wean-Finish Service Manager Job Details:
Our office is currently working with a leading swine production organization that is currently in need of a Wean-Finish Service Professional. This individual will be responsible for managing several wean-finish production sites, working directly with company staff and contract growers. In this role you will be responsible for increasing production efficiency, training production staff on animal husbandry, and implementing SOP’s.

Wean-Finish Manager Responsibilities/Duties:
- Manage all farm site employees and managers
- Animal husbandry coaching and training
- Identifying signs of animal illness
- Coordinating work schedules
- Coordinate logistics, (feed delivery, live haul drivers, etc.)
- Maintaining and implementing production protocols
- Overseeing daily operations
- Manage facility maintenance
- Staying up to date on live market trends and prices
Wean-Finish Manager Qualifications:
- 3+ years of knowledge and experience in swine production settings (wean-finish preferred)
- Site management experience (wean-finish preferred)
- SOP implementing and coordinating experience
- Must have experience with vaccination and bio-security protocols
- Livestock well-being knowledge and training
- Ween-Finish production experience (50,000+ spaces preferred)
- Swine production certifications required (PQA)
- Animal Science or related degree preferred
