The Role

As a Breakfast Cook, your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and cooking a variety of breakfast dishes that align with our innovative, health-focused menu.
• Ensuring each dish is presented with precision and meets our high-quality standards.
• Anticipating kitchen needs and maintaining efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborating with the team to innovate and enhance menu offerings.
• Upholding the highest standards of cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a cook or chef, ideally in a brunch café or similar setting.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to anticipate kitchen needs and work proactively.
• The ability to perform under pressure while maintaining composure and quality.
• Passion for health-conscious cooking and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• A positive attitude and excellent teamwork skills.
• Experience with gluten-free and low-carb cooking techniques (highly regarded).
